Eric A. Spanitz
Eric has over twenty years of experience in management training and consulting. He has designed and conducted introductory through advanced seminars, both private and public, for multi-cultural audiences worldwide. His audiences have consisted of people throughout organizations; from administrative assistants to military commanders.
Eric has served as an instructor for the Project Management Institute's SeminarsWorld, presenting the computer-based simulation seminar.
Eric's expertise is in using existing technology to implement innovative and successful management strategies.
Eric is also a Professor at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management in the MBA program. Eric developed the project management 10 week course and teaches both in the classroom and online. In November 2003 he received the Teaching Excellence Award. [download biography]
Neil G. Hickey
Neil G. Hickey is a Registered QMS Lead Auditor (Canada and USA) and an AS9100 Aerospace Experienced Auditor (AEA) who has been working with organizations that have been implementing and developing quality systems and initiatives for over 15 years. Neil is also an ISO 9000, QS-9000, TS 16949, and AS 9100 auditor, consultant, trainer, author, and program developer. A noted accomplishment - Neil currently provides aerospace audits for the United States military.
Neil's expertise is in evaluating what exists, and expanding and improving upon that to assist organizations develop functional and effective quality strategies and solutions.
Neil is a guest lecturer at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management in the MBA program. Neil speaks about quality management systems, costs savings from those systems, coordinating quality efforts throughout an organization, and ISO 9000 / AS9100. [download biography] |
